Yes. All members of our care team are competent professionals compliant with training requirements and state-required certifications. They are licensed, bonded and insured to practice in the state of Michigan.
Yes, you can specify special requirements for your caregiver or nurse. Generally, we match our clients with a caregiver from our team. The matching will be based on the client’s needs and the training/skills set of the caregiver, nurse, therapist or hospice care aide. We give our clients a chance to meet their assigned caregiver prior to officially beginning the care services in their homes.
You can be referred to us by your doctor or a family member. You can also voluntarily visit our office or call us to request for services. We can also provide same-day service depending on the level of care requirements of the patient.
Yes. We can provide home care and hospice staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can also arrange for service(s) on Holidays on special request.
